In some cases it is necessary to accurately answer questions about the the uses and usage venue for a product. Take a baseball glove, for example. In addition to the obvious differences in model, size, color, and price, different brands have distinct characteristics. It is important that we understand all of these features when discussing breaking in or shaping any given glove. The same holds true in the case of post-purchase repairs. This kind of product requires that we frequently cosponsor workshops with our business partners and clients to improve the customer service of our retail floor staff. For us, the knowledge, information, and know-how of our business partners and clients is indispensible.
It goes without saying that customers are forever demanding new and fresh products. To satisfy these needs, we are dedicated to maintaining a rich product selection and working with our business partners and clients to make improvements to our systems and logistics to minimize product procurement times. XEBIO was the first sports and fashion company to introduce an online B-to-B purchasing system. Using this system, our business partners and clients get daily store data reports . Production and sales can then be based on our mutual demand forecasts. In fiscal 2007, we will improve and expand both this system and our logistics to promote more timely product introduction and minimize lost sales opportunities. By reducing waste and inefficiency in product procurement and revamping our whole supply chain, we can improve earnings for everyone involved.
We are also pursuing cooperative merchandising with our partners; better sales promotions and more effective media use (websites, magazines, free papers, etc.)
